Total Home Maintenance T&Cs
1. Availability
1.1 Customers can access Total Home maintenance as a Subscriber (through a subscription page).
1.2 The Total Home maintenance is only available for residential properties of homeowners or their managing agents, including houses, duplexes, flats, units and apartments.
1.3 The Total home maintenance packages are only available to individuals where property is located in Mandurah or within 25 km of Mandurah. If your house falls outside this area please get in touch.
2. Qualifying Period
4.1 Persons requiring assistance:
(a) Within 72 hours of becoming a subscriber or:
(b) who wish to purchase an individual Total Home Maintenance Service and do not wish to purchase an Total Home Maintenance Subscription, will be required to purchase Total Home Maintenance service as a Pay per Emergency prior to receiving Services.
(c) As soon as a subscriber agrees to our T & Cs and makes their first monthly payment they are agreeing to the full 24th or 36mth package.
3. Proof of Identity & Validation of User
5.1 Total Home Maintenance Users, or their Permitted Persons, must be present at the home during the time of Service provision.
5.2 Where a Total Home Maintenance User requires assistance to enter the Nominated Property, satisfactory proof of identity will be required by the Total Home Maintenance team member or Service Provider.
5.3 Eligibility to receive subscription services will be verified over the phone when the User requests Service.
5.4 If:
(a) Eligibility cannot be verified over the phone or
(b) A Subscriber’s renewal fee remains unpaid and immediate assistance is required, a service surcharge may apply and be payable before Service is provided. The service surcharge may be refunded if eligibility to receive Service is later confirmed.
5.5 Provision of Total Home Maintenance service may be refused :
(a) Where there is an outstanding amount due at the time of requesting service or
(b) The customer is unable to be verified as the home owner or managing agent of the property.
4. Cancelling
Packages can only be cancelled after the first 12 months on a case by case basis. Cancellation fee applicable which is half of the following year subscription.
5. Service
5.1 Total Home Maintenance does not take any liability for items such as A/C system, Smoke alarms, Solar Panels, Range hood, Garage Doors or Hot Water systems that are faulty, broken or shut down from wear and tare. If their are any breakdown the client will need to manage the replacement by there preferred insurance group at their own cost.
5.2 Total Home Maintenance can provide a quote for replacement items.
5.3 Rusty gutters will not be included and will include an additional fee for management so our team can work in a safe environment.
5.4 Solar panels will only be done on a single story house.
6. Air Condition Service
The Air conditioning service is based on 2 x split systems per property.
Additional charges may apply for ducted and evaporated systems.
7. Gutter Cleaning
The gutter cleaning is based on a standard 4×2 single level property.
Additional charges will apply for a two-storey or larger homes on a job by job basis.
8. Windows
Quarterly window cleans valid for a Single story home up to 200sqm internal.
9. Lawn Care
Lawn care will cover a maximum area of 80 sqm. If your lawn area is larger than this an additional fee p/sqm will be charged.
